Ok, we’ll keep it snappy. The PS5 is here and you want to pre-order one now. Here, we’re listing all the retailers offering the new console, along with pricing and availability.
We’ll be updating this article with the latest information and retailers, so stay tuned.
How much does the PS5 cost?
The PS5 will be available in two models. The standard PS5 costs £449/US$499, while the cheaper Digital Edition without a Blu-ray drive costs £359/$399.
Where to pre-order the PlayStation 5 (PS5)
Unsurprisingly, the console is flying off shelves, so pre-order availability is very, very limited.
The following retailers are currently allowing customers to register their interest, which means you can still get a foot in the door once these stockists start pre-orders.
Argos has said it will start its pre-orders tomorrow (Friday 18 September).
John Lewis and Cool Shop both have landing pages for the PS5, but haven’t started pre-orders. Cool Shop will likely offer the console on its 19 November release date.
Meanwhile, the retailers listed below started pre-orders, but are now out of stock. We’d suggest keeping an eye on these, in case they do re-stock (though chances of that are slim).
There’s also an independent seller on eBay auctioning the PS5, though we’d advise going through standard retailers to avoid potential complications.
When is the PS5 release date?
While you can try pre-ordering the device now based on stock availability, there is still a wait until November for the devices to release.
The console will officially go on sale on 12 November in North America, Mexico, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand, while sales in the UK begin on 19 November.
Here’s everything there is to know about the PS5 including specs, features, and confirmed PS5 games.
