How To Watch Intel’s CES 2021 Press Conference Live Stream

CES 2021 is almost upon us and you can watch a live stream of Intel’s press conference to get all the news as it happens. The event is called ‘Do something wonderful’.

Alongside confirmation of the event, Intel added: ‘As we enter the era of distributed intelligence, computing is pervasive, and intelligence is distributed. Put simply: Everything looks like a computer and everything is in the cloud. During this conference, (executive VP Gregory) Bryant and team will expand on how Intel is delivering for its customers as the company embraces the incredible growth opportunity this data revolution has created.’ Make of that what you will.

How to watch Intel’s CES 2020 live stream

Intel has three separate press conferences at CES 2021, but only one is focused on computing. That’ll take place at 1pm PST (9pm UK time) on Monday 11 January

You can tune into the press conference from the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, which is expected to last around 30 minutes. Client Computing Group Executive Vice President Gregory Bryant will host, with various other members of the team taking to the stage during this time.

The event will be available to watch from the Intel Newsroom, although a landing page isn’t yet live. We’ll update this article once it becomes available.

It’s not yet clear what will be announced at the event, or indeed if we’ll see any new hardware. The most likely candidate is Rocket Lake desktop chips, which Intel has already confirmed will be launching in the first three months of 2021. However, recent rumours suggest that a March unveiling is more likely.

Intel tends to favour a late summer release for new laptop processors, as was the case with Tiger Lake in 2020.
